Application can be done only through Madrasah Website: www.nmshm.org

Hard copy of the application form has to be submitted obviously at the time of admission.
|

Name, Date of birth, Father’s name of the student must be as in Admit Card of last
qualifying examination.
|
|
| 4.
|
Students who passed in the qualifying examination in 2023,2022 and 2021 from enlisted
Board of WBCHSE only are eligible to apply.

| 5.

At the time of form fillup applicant should carry these following documents.
i) School Leaving Certificate.
ii) Admit Card and Mark sheet of last qualifying examination.
iii) Aadhaar card.
iv) EPIC card of Guardian.
iv) BPL card.

| 6. Admission Procedure:
|
| a) Number of seats: 275 for all streams.
|
| b) Seats for science stream - 40.
|
| c) List of eligible candidates and date of admission will be displayed on the Notice
Board of the Madrasah.
|
|
| 7.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
|
|
| a) Print copy of Application (With Photo).
|
| b) Original School Leaving Certificate from Last attending School.
|

Xerox copy of Admit Card, Marksheet, Aadhaar Card, Guardian Voter ID Card,
|
| d) Xerox copy of Bank Pass Book's first page.
|
| e) Xerox copy of OBC/BPL Card (If there is)
|
|
|
N.B. On Admission time students must show their original Admit Card and Mark Sheet.
If there is any mistake in Application Form will be cancel.
