as the institution is run by the board it is obviously ready to obey the Govt. Orders, provided by the board time to time along with same by the West Bengal Council of H.S. Education.

By the DI(SE)

:

The office of the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Malda is observing over the functions whether these are maintaining as per Govt. norms and orders, in the institution.

By the managing committee

:

The madrasah has an elected managing committee, consisting of the guardian members, teaching and non-teaching representatives, life member, Panchayet and Govt. nominees with the special presence of and maintenance by the Headmaster who takes decision to run the institution smoothly and fruitfully.

By the H.M.

:

Being the representative of the govt. and the board headmaster handles all the functions carefully and intellectually as the institution can gain a development educationally as well as ethically.

By the Academic Council

:

The academic council is the back bone of this institution who is working as to ensure the curriculum effective and after this the evaluation process fruitful and proper to all the learners. There are six members along with a secretary among them, serve the purpose of the Academic Council. They are the H.M.,Assistance H.M., three teachers and a librarian .

By the staff council

:

Then comes the functions of the staff council. The staff is serving huge as the headmaster, teachers, and non-teaching personnel with special presents of a secretary of the staff council. They all are devoting themselves to teach, to help organizing the examinations, to evaluate, to serve Mid-Day Meal, to follow the decisions taken by the Managing Committee and others, to take new policies, to handle the problems raised by the students every now then and so on.

For the Students

:

The students or the learners of the madrasah are the capital of it. They are taken care of with the maintenance of rules of conduct provided by the Department of education.

For the teachers

:

The teachers are also shown their way to follow and follow up the rules of conduct regulated by the Department of Education.

For the non-teaching staff

:

The rules of conduct are also applicable for the non teaching staff. They are also guided by the authority.
